This is a private bulletin board for members of The Mill Leaseholders Association (TMLA) who are coming together to take action against the never-ending external cladding issues which effectively make us prisoners in our own flats. Unable to sell and unable to remortgage.

 

RSM, the appointed accountancy firm that has been put in charge of the administration of the freehold of The Mill, has done nothing towards fixing the situation, or even showing that they care.

Instead, they have clawed £15 million from the original developer to fix these problems and then simply sat on the money for almost fifteen years. All the while, RSM has been using this pot of cash to pay themselves their own fees of approximately £150,000 per year.
